SCHEDULING YOUR FREE CONSULTATION
With respect to our clients’ and providers’ time to book an appointment, we collect a $50 deposit that is fully refundable and/or applicable towards the treatment cost at the time of appointment/procedure. The deposit will be retained if the client doesn’t attend a scheduled appointment.
